Please fill out the application form and send it to us by E-mail or fax.

Upon receipt of your application form we will send you a contract and an invoice for the amount of the contract.
With a copy of the remittance notification received, your admission to your chosen course is confirmed.
Together with the copy of the remittance notification, please send us by fax the contract signed by you.
After that we will send you an official invitation.
The invitation is done by the state authorities within a month.
The University applies for invitation only upon receiving a copy of bank remittance notification,
proving an applicant follows the order of payment, indicated in the contract.

The total cost of your course consists of the following:

A registration fee – USD 85 (not refundable);

Transfer from the airport to Akademgorodok – USD 30 (upon request);

A tuition fee (variable, depending on duration and load of the course. Books for the
course, tapes, and other materials with the exception of dictionaries are
provided by the library for the course duration);

Housing accomodation;
-
A USD 50 housing placement fee (applicable if you choose home-stay,
not-refundable);

Extracurricular activities;

A Russian Language Course certificate.

If you are delayed for the beginning of studies or reduce your class load, the
cost of the missing hours will not be refunded.

Cancellation of registration: Should you wish to cancel registration, please do
it in writing. You should also be informed that for 2-week courses there are no
refunds. For courses lasting over 2 weeks, you will get a refund according to
the following terms and conditions:

Shortening of the program. If you wish to shorten the program you should notify
the administration of NSU in writing. With the 2 weeks advance notification, you
will be refunded for all of the cancelled period (both tuition and housing
accommodation). Should you wish to cancel the course immediately, NSU has the
right to retain the cost of tuition and accommodation for up to 2-weeks.

The minimum age for participating in our courses is 18 years.

Medical insurance: According to the Act of Residence and NSU rules all the foreign students
should have the medical insurance valid for the whole period of study. If
you have not bought it in your home country you may do it in Novosibirsk. If so
you should contact the International Relations Office. The cost
depends on the duration of your stay in Russia. A medical insurance for 1 academic year
costs about $ 100-120. The coverage sum is $ 30 000. It
covers expenses on out-patient treatment, hospital treatment and
repatriation (evacuation).
