Chair of Business Administration

The chair of Business Administration of the Department of Economics was founded in 2001 in response to the need of coordination of educational and methodical work at the subdivision of Management, as well as for further development of training programs that combine basic economic training with the formation of practical skills and competencies in business and management. The leading teachers of the Department are working at the chair. Many of them are current consultants in business management. Most teachers have completed internships at the leading foreign universities and business schools. They successfully collaborate with their foreign colleagues within educational and research projects. Highly-qualified practical specialists are also involved to give lectures on specific topics. The chair is based on Institute of Economics and Industrial Engineering of the Siberian Branch of RAS.

While preparing their bachelor’s and master’s theses, students can take part in any area of research carried out at the chair to gain experience in analyzing and solving theoretical and practical problems of modern organizations.
