Students at the NSU Institute of Intelligent Robotics (IIR), Nikita Zelenkov, Yan Komarevtsev, and Ilya Trushkin, participated in the NSU Startup Studio and created the ACMS Censor system that hides unwanted content in video and audio files.
NSU took the highest positions in the fields of "Biology" and "Chemistry" ranking in the top 3 best universities. NSU Physics was ranked in 5th place and 6th place in "Mathematics".
In February 2025, the NSU Economics Department launched a "Product Management" course. This is the first Product Management course in Russia that pays special attention to the use of artificial intelligence.
