The system of further professional education is totally different from that of basic higher professional education. According to the differences between the educational systems one should distinguish the methods of management. The major task of higher education is to introduce an individual to the general life culture and to provide one’s socialization, while further professional education aims at narrowing the gap between education and job market. The NSU mission in regard to further education is to contribute to the professional growth of the students on the basis of their knowledge arrangement, the development of their skills and modern training technologies.
