According to his words, the inspection results will be further sent for full examination to Skolkovo nuclear cluster experts. “If we pass this examination successfully, we have all chances to become Skolkovo residents this December” - said Sergei Kobtzev.

Thus “Technoscan-Lab” can become another Skolkovo resident from Novosibirsk. Resident status has already been awarded to “BIOSOFT.RU”, “Uniscan-Research”, “BioLink”, “Catalysts for power efficient technologies” competence center and “Unicat”.

The agency interviewee told that the company is not going to open its office in Skolkovo and plans to become a remote resident. The company is interested in grant support and custom benefits which are going to be organized for residents.

Kobtsev believes that the archaic and obstructive character of custom service must be changed into notifying one if not for all the innovation companies, then at least for Skolkovo residents. Innovator should only notify what exact items they import or export.

“At the instance of various ministries, including Rosnano Company, we repeatedly suggested changes we need in Russian custom service, but it was useless. While Skolkovo succeeds in easing or cancelling custom blocks, hundreds of innovation companies will breathe a sigh of relief,” - said Kobtzev

Technoscan Company is developing, researching and supplying laser systems and laser components for scientific and hi-tech usage worldwide. The Company was founded in 1993 on the basis of NSU department of laser physics and innovative technology. It has the status of NSU small scientific and technical enterprise and Akademgorodok Techopark resident.

Skolkovo is going to be the biggest Russian test area for new economic politics. On a specially designated area there will be special research and design conditions including energy and power efficient technologies, nuclear, space, biomedical and computer technologies.
