Investment Decision Making & Project Management Training Program may be realized on the enterprise base. The realization of the Program in a mode of consultation of the enterprises with training of the project - managers (in-house) basically meets to the compact NSU training program.

The basic differences between the training in-house and compact NSU training program are the following:
  1. The Training Program is carried out directly at the enterprise (flexible hours).
  2. The practical works will be carried out on an example of the real project (planned to realization at the given enterprise).
  3. The result of realization of the Program in a mode of consultation is the developed investment project / program of the enterprise.
