Public PM workshops
The short-term workshops push forward investemnt plan implementation of
innovative enterprises.
Two types of workshops are supposed to be held:
- One-day and two-day time. Within the framework of
one-day seminars
the review of economic, organizational and legal problems connected with
SME's investment activity and also methods of their decision are given. This
type of seminars is designed for the SME's top managers and owners.
- Two-day time seminars oriented to formation of a base complex of
knowledge and skills necessary for performance an investment work cycle.
The basic quotas of the participants of this type of seminars are the future
SME's project - managers.
