ОТДЕЛ МЕЖДУНАРОДНОГО СОТРУДНИЧЕСТВА
Граждане Российской Федерации и других стран, получивших образование за пределами России в соответствии с российской законодательной и нормативно-правовой базой,
получают право быть зачисленными на обучение в российские образовательные учреждения или продолжать профессиональную деятельность на территории Российской Федерации
на основании Свидетельств о признании и установлении эквивалентности их документов об образовании российским документам об образовании.
Постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 17.06.2004 № 300 полномочиями по признанию и установлению эквивалентности иностранных документов об образовании,
а также по выдаче соответствующих Свидетельств наделена Федеральная служба по надзору в сфере образования и науки (Рособрнадзор).
Для оказания содействия заинтересованным юридическим и физическим лицам в признании иностранных документов об образовании в 2006 годы в рамках проекта
Федеральной целевой программы развития образования (ФЦПРО) в Центральном, Северо-Западном, Южном, Приволжском, Уральском, Сибирском и Дальневосточном федеральных округах
на базе государственных учреждений были созданы и начали действовать экспертные центры.
На сегодня в России действует 10 региональных экспертных центров, оказывающих помощь российским учебным заведениям и прочим заинтересованным физическим и юридическим лицам
в проведении оценки (экспертизы) иностранных документов об образовании и получении свидетельства об их признании и\или установки эквивалентности:
